LECHEF COOKWARE ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
LeChef Cookware warrants your product will be free of defects in workmanship and materials at the time of its purchase. For this warranty to apply, the owner must follow the “Use and Care Guide” included with your purchase, which is also available for viewing on our website. This warranty covers normal household usage only and does not cover this product being used in a commercial kitchen setting.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, accidental damage, commercial kitchen use, neglect of properly maintaining the product, overheating, or any use not in accordance with the “Use and Care Guide” provided with the product. This warranty does not cover damages such as the cost of replacing or repairing other household property that is damaged due to a defect in the product. This warranty does not cover the cost for transportation of the product to get warranty service, loss of time, loss of use, or other incident related damages.
This One Year Limited Warranty covers only the original retail purchaser of the product, or a person who receives the product new and unused as a gift from the original retail purchaser. Coverage is terminated if a covered purchaser sells or transfers the product after it has been used. This One Year Limited Warranty extends from date of purchase and for one year as the purchaser owns the product. LeChef Cookware reserves the right to view the original receipt of purchase upon a claim, to honor this warranty. LeChef Cookware – Shall Not Be Liable For Any Incidental Or Consequential Damages For Breach Of Any Express Or Implied Warranty On This Product.
A product found to be defective will be replaced, free of charge, or replaced by a similar product or one of equivalent value if the product is no longer in production. Replacement with the same color of product cannot be guaranteed. Any warranty claims made after 30 days of original purchase, the purchaser will be responsible for any shipping costs in resolving the warranty claim.
If you should have a problem with your Cast Iron Cookware purchased from us, please contact us at email@example.com, or call 1-877-968-7999 to speak with a customer support representative, we will then issue you an authorization number to send the cookware back to us.
After you receive the authorization number, mail the cookware (postage prepaid) to the address provided by customer support representative. We recommend using a trackable means to return your cookware to us, as LeChef cookware is not responsible for damages, lost or stolen merchandise, during shipment. Please include your return address and a brief note explaining the defect. We will then contact you with a conclusion to your claim and/or resolution.
This One Year Limited Warranty is made solely LeChef Cookware, and no other person or entity.
