Standard Return Policy
Le Chef Cookware 100% Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return any product within 30 days from date of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price (this does not include your original shipping fees).
You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products.
In order to initiate a return, you must first contact us via EMAIL or by phone 877-968-7999 to obtain a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending out the return product(s).
If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will grant a replacement to fix the issue or a full refund upon receiving returning package.
If the return is a result of delivery damage, you must contact us immediately within 7 days after the day of package delivery. We will have the shipping carrier to contact you for inspection on the damage package and send you another package for replacement.
If the return is not a result of our error nor delivery damage and you initiate a return of an unopened item within 30 days of delivery, we refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge.
For a return (New or Unopened) after 30 days of delivery, we grant refunds minus 30% of the item’s value for restocking fee. Refunds may also be deducted for the original and return shipping charges. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
* Please note that all return packages must be well packed and protected as it delivered and insurance recommended. We do not responsible for any lost or damage resulting on returning packages.
